Chemistry Project

Our project is to prove the polarity of the liquids: A lava lamp.

The water and the oil never will get toguether in natural form. Because they have a uncompatible polarities, like the magnets, they repeled the union betwen theese liquids.

Materials

• Kitchen oil
• Water
• Natural colorants
• A bottle
• Efervecent powder

PROCESS

1. Put a bit of water in the bottle an the fill it with the oil
2. And put the efervecent powder
